You can adjust your account setting to limit who can reply to your posts. Tap your profile picture on the top left corner, select settings, and then choose the privacy option. Under the privacy option, there would be an option for Who Can Reply. Now you can choose different options such as Everyone, People You Follow, and People You Mention. In this way, you can limit who can reply to your posts on Instagram Threads.
